Visit to Grammy's

We left our snow-free, 60 degree weather to go visit Grammy, in her polar ice home, if that's not love, I don't know what is.
The kids actually spent time of their own free will outside in the ice (snow) while I watched from my usual post (inside).
As usual we had a grand ol' time and got to spend time with Lindsay and her boys.
We visited the Treehouse Museum in Ogden where even big grown up Karson had fun with his little sister.  Aubree and Grammy went their own seperate way, so we didn't get very many pictures of her.

And "the blur" across the front of the picture should be her new name.

Seriously great form for bare back riding....gotta get those legs up and lean way back, it's as though someone has coached her...Grandpa Dan?

Emma at the babysitter - laying on their cat, such a nice kitty!! Our cat would have literally clawed her eyes out if she even tried this!

The Holidays

It's been a while since I last posted, I will blame it on the holidays and nothing to do with my laziness!
Ryan's parents &Grandma came for Thanksgiving, it was great to have family here!
We took the kids to look at lights at the Ethel M Catcus Garden & to visit Santa at Bass Pro.
To quote my Grandma, the kids made out like bandits at Christmas!
Santa brought all three of them a baby turtle and they got tons of other cool fun stuff!
My mom came down for a few days after Christmas which meant Ryan & I could enjoy a night away for our anniversary! My boss gave us tickets to The Jersey Boys for Christmas, which was fantastic!
Here are a bunch of pictures. :)

Mary reading Emma her new book.
Emma & Grandpa Leo, who is apparently very funny!
Aubree won the wish bone contest.
Emma with Grandma.
Emma "helping" swiffer, which means spray all the cleaner onto the floor.
Emma would have nothing to do with Santa, and was not even happy sitting on my lap next to him.
Bundling up to go to the Cactus Garden.
Curls after a bath.
Giving Grammy a good whack with the plastic sword.

All About Aubree

Our beautiful Aubree turned 9 this month. We are so lucky to have her in our family!

She got some new boots, books, slushy magic, a remote control car and lots of other fun things!

In true Aubree form she wanted a lizard cake again.
I tryed to convince her to do something different.
We compromised on lizard cupcakes.

She also got to invite 4 friends to go see Hotel Transylvania.

Aubree participated in the Harvest Run again this year, which was over a mile!
She did awesome came in 40 of over 150 kids!

She also received the Kindness award at school.
Of course, being the middle child means it's rarely "all about you".
The littlest one has found climbing onto things is her calling in life.

She kept trying to drink out of the glow stick, it was hilarious.
Loves balloons!
